1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HeliosCode's lead generation platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

HeliosCode provides lead generation and online advertising services to qualified businesses. Our platform helps identify, qualify, and deliver potential customers through various advertising channels and social network integrations.

3. Qualification Process

Access to our services is subject to a qualification review process. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application for our services based on our internal criteria and business requirements.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis, with rates varying from $40 to $60 depending on the advertising channel and lead quality. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement upon qualification.

5. Lead Quality Standards

We define qualified leads as prospects who meet predetermined criteria including genuine interest, demographic fit, and engagement level. Lead qualification standards will be established during the onboarding process.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information during the application process
• Responding to qualified leads in a timely manner
• Maintaining compliance with applicable advertising regulations
• Providing feedback on lead quality for optimization purposes

7. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect and use data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our privacy practices.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

HeliosCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by HeliosCode and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
